This is video extremely painful to watch, but unfortunately it is all quite true. The catheters are used to extract bear bile which is thought to treat human ills or act as an aphrodesiac. While traditional Chinese medicine is a deep part of a wonderful cultural heritage, that doesn't justify any of it's evil abuses of animals.
